Position Overview

The System & Network Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, and cloud environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to ensure secure, stable, and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 technical support issues related to systems and applications.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and security updates.

Network Management

• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and related networking devices.
• Monitor and manage networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.

Hardware & Infrastructure Support

• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.

Cloud & Collaboration Tools

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including user management and access controls.
• Support email, collaboration, and productivity tools under Microsoft 365.

IT Asset & Security Management

• Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
• Support compliance with IT security standards and data protection protocols.
• Proactively recommend system and process improvements to enhance functionality and security.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in system administration and network management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
