Position Overview

We are looking for a System Engineer with hands-on experience in end-user support and IT infrastructure operations. The role requires strong expertise in Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtualization, basic networking , and Microsoft 365 technologies , including Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange Online , along with exposure to security incident handling .

The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations, security monitoring, endpoint and device management, and first-level incident response across enterprise and MSP client environments. This position demands a strong mix of technical skills, troubleshooting capability, and security awareness .

Key Responsibilities

• End User Support
• Manage Windows Servers and Backups
• Administration of Active Directory Servers
• Administration of File Servers
• Administration of Hyper V Servers
• Manage LAN and its components
• Administration of Office 365 Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive etc)
• Administration of Microsoft Intune
• Manging Entra ID
• Managing Security Incidents in Office 365 and On Prem infrastructure
• Manage and Implement Organizational Security Posture & Best Practices

Mandatory Skills Required

• 34 years of hands-on experience as a System Engineer / IT Support Engineer
• Strong experience with:
