Job Summary

We are looking for a System Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Power BI Dynatrace App Dynamics ITIL V4 Service Now Mainframe Utilities and Unix. The role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. Experience in Transactions domain is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for Salesforce ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Oversee the implementation and monitoring of Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize Dynatrace and App Dynamics to monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL V4 processes and best practices to maintain service quality.
  • Manage and configure Service Now for efficient IT service management.
  • Perform routine maintenance and support for Mainframe Utilities to ensure system reliability.
  • Utilize Unix for system administration tasks and scripting to automate processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
  • Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have experience with Salesforce Power BI Dynatrace App Dynamics ITIL V4 Service Now Mainframe Utilities and Unix.
  • Nice to have experience in Transactions domain.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
