We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled System Engineering Lead to drive the technical development and integration of complex electronic systems. This role will involve leading a team of engineers, defining system architectures, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge electronic solutions across various industries.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of electronics system engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

* Define, develop, and document system architectures for complex electronic products, ensuring adherence to requirements, performance, and cost targets.

* Translate customer requirements and high-level concepts into detailed system specifications, functional blocks, and interface control documents.

* Oversee the entire system lifecycle, from concept and design through development, integration, testing, and deployment.

* Conduct trade-off analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform design decisions and optimize system performance.

* Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.

* Develop and implement robust verification and validation strategies, including test plans, procedures, and reports.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in system engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.

* Lead proposals for new product development for electronic product/system

* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in electronics and system engineering.

* Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

* Total 15+ years of experience * 10+ years of progressive experience in system engineering, with a strong focus on electronics design and integration.

* Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams for 3 years or more

* Expertise in defining and documenting system architectures, requirements, and interfaces.

* Strong understanding of various electronic components, circuits, and communication protocols (e.g., analog, digital, RF, power electronics).

* Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, LTSpice, PSpice).

* Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance for electronic systems.

* Experience in preparing cost effective product proposal for new opportunities

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
