Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.

• Train users and provide ongoing system support.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 03 years in system analysis or business-IT coordination; new graduates are welcome .
• Knowledge of ERP or business systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
