Job Description

We are looking for an System Administrator with 2+ years of experience in providing technical support for IT infrastructure, including operating systems, hardware, networking, and office applications.

Technical Requirements

• Operating Systems: Windows 7/10/11 Installation & Troubleshooting
• Windows Server: 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 Basic knowledge / troubleshooting
• Linux: SUSE, Ubuntu, Red Hat Basic knowledge
• Domain: Windows Domain user management and home folder mapping
• Office Tools: MS Office (2013/2016/2019/2022), Office 365, MS Teams Installation & Support
• Databases: Basic installation knowledge of MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle
• Hardware: Desktop & Laptop installation and troubleshooting; basic server hardware knowledge
• Networking: Routers, Switches, Access Points, VPN, LAN/WAN configuration, DHCP, ISP connectivity
• Remote Support: Remote Desktop, AnyDesk, VNC, TeamViewer, UltraViewer
• Printers: Installation and troubleshooting (HP, EPSON, Scanners)
• Other Tools: Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
• Asset Management: IT infrastructure asset tracking
• UPS: Basic knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices
• Install and troubleshoot OS, applications, printers, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts and domain access
• Support remote users using remote tools
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for connectivity issues.
