- 15 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Tier2 IT Support Engineer, or equivalent role
- Prior exposure to Workspace administration or comparable SaaS platforms
- Ability to diagnose userlevel and adminlevel issues across collaboration workflows and permissions
- Advanced experience across Email, Admin, and Billing shards, including licensing, subscription management, and common billing inquiries
- Strong understanding of Admin Console workflows, user lifecycle management, groups, roles, and policy application
- Solid understanding of how Google Devices and realtime collaboration systems integrate with the Workspace ecosystem
- Ability to support Workspaceconnected devices and collaboration setups where Workspace services act as the control plane
- Foundational knowledge of email systems, DNS, and basic networking concepts relevant to Workspace troubleshooting
- Structured, repeatable troubleshooting methodology with consistent case hygiene
