Required Skills & Experience
35 years of hands-on experience in Network Switching (LAN Technologies)
Strong knowledge of:
VLANs, Trunking, STP
EtherChannel / Link Aggregation
MAC Security
Experience in network configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
Understanding of enterprise LAN architecture and best practices
Exposure to network monitoring and incident management tools is a plus
Ability to work in a 247 support environment (rotational shifts)
