System Administrator

The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the design, stability, and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems, while providing technical assistance to team members for system, server, and network-related requests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system and network resources and perform preventive maintenance
• Backup system and network configurations and regularly test restore processes
• Provide IT support for internal systems, servers, and network infrastructure
• Assist with virtualization environments such as VMware ESXi and Proxmox VE
• Support basic VM operations (creation, monitoring, snapshots, backups)
• Assist with Windows and Linux server installation, patching, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot system, virtualization, and network-related issues
• Document system, network, and virtualization standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• Basic understanding of Windows Server and Linux
• Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware / Proxmox) is a plus
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Quick learner in a dynamic environment
• 13 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply )

Work Location: Hyderabad, Kothaguda.
