Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in FortiGate Firewall and network infrastructure . The candidate will be responsible for managing firewall security, networking, IT hardware support, and ensuring secure and smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Firewall & Network Security

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall
• Security Policies, NAT, VPN (IPSec / SSL), Web Filtering
• Monitor firewall logs, alerts, and security threats
• Implement network security best practices and access controls

Networking

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
• Configure and support Switches, Routers, and Access Points
• Handle VLAN, Inter-VLAN routing, and bandwidth management
• Coordinate with ISPs for connectivity issues

Hardware Support

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of:
• Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Servers
• Hardware asset management and vendor coordination
• Perform rack mounting, patching, cabling, and data center activities

System & Basic Server Support

• Basic administration of Windows Server
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Support endpoint security solutions and basic backup operations

Documentation & Support

• Prepare and maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and documentation
• Provide L2/L3 support and incident resolution
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and service providers
