We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system administration, WebSphere technologies, and networking (Network Switching & LAN Technology).

Must-Have Skills

35 years of experience as a System / Middleware System Administrator

Strong knowledge of WebSphere Application Server & Web Server Administration

Experience with Clustering in WebSphere Application Server & Message Queue

Installation and tuning of WebSphere Application Server / Message Queue Server / Web Server

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting production issues (memory, Java threads, bottlenecks, etc.)

Knowledge of setting up Queue Managers

Strong understanding of Network Switching & LAN Technology

Good-to-Have

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in large, complex project environments
