Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage and optimize operating systems and server environments, primarily focusing on Linux-based systems.
• Database Management: Administer and support relational databases, ensuring high availability and performance of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor, analyze, and enhance system and database performance through efficient use of resources and best practices.
• Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Technical Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting to resolve complex system and database issues promptly.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and configurations to support regulatory requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with IT teams to support application development, deployment, and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with expertise in relational databases, SQL, and Linux.
• Strong understanding of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Proven experience in Linux system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, or equivalent are preferred.
