Job Summary
The Swimming Facility Manager will be responsible for managing the operations, maintenance, safety, and utilization of the swimming facility. The role ensures efficient functioning, safety compliance, and excellent service delivery to athletes and academy members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the swimming facility.
- Ensure safety standards, hygiene, and water quality are maintained.
- Coordinate with swimming coaches and trainers for program scheduling.
- Supervise lifeguards, maintenance staff, and facility personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency protocols.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment and infrastructure.
- Assist in organizing swimming events.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and facility documentation.
Qualifications
- MBA or Masters Degree in Sports Management
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sports facility management, swimming facility management, or related field.
