Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Swim Instructor located in Hyderabad. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering swim lessons to students of different age groups and skill levels. The role includes overseeing water safety during sessions, providing individual or group instruction, and ensuring that students develop proper swimming techniques. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive and safe environment, assessing student progress, and offering constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Swim Instruction, teaching Swim Lessons, and developing instructional plans
• Strong swimming skills and experience in Aquatics activities
• Lifeguarding certification or experience in supervising water safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with students of varied ages and backgrounds
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Prior teaching or coaching experience is highly desirable
