Swim Coach

The Swimming Coach is responsible for providing professional swimming instruction to members and guests of all age groups, ensuring safety, skill development, and adherence to pool rules. The role focuses on coaching, supervising swimming activities, maintaining pool discipline, and promoting a safe and enjoyable swimming environment.

1. Swimming Training & Coaching

• Conduct swimming coaching sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced swimmers.
• Teach proper swimming techniques, strokes, breathing methods, and water safety skills.
• Develop structured training plans based on age, skill level, and individual goals.

2. Pool Safety & Supervision

• Supervise swimmers during coaching sessions and free swim hours.
• Ensure strict adherence to pool safety rules and club guidelines.
• Act promptly in case of emergencies and provide first aid when required.

3. Member & Guest Interaction

• Guide members and guests on pool usage rules, timings, and safety norms.
• Handle member queries related to swimming lessons and schedules in a polite and professional manner.

4. Discipline & Pool Hygiene

• Maintain discipline around the swimming pool area.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper use of swimming facilities by members and guests.
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or equipment damage to the concerned department.

5. Event & Activity Support

• Assist in organizing swimming competitions, training camps, or aquatic events.
• Support club initiatives related to sports and recreational activities.

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the Sports Department, Lifeguards, and Maintenance team.
• Maintain attendance records of coaching sessions and swimmers.

7. Other Responsibilities

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Reporting Manager, General Manager, Vice President, Managing Director, or Chairman from time to time.
