- Proven track record in designing and delivering learning & leadership development strategies.
- Demonstrated success in designing and scaling enterprise-wide leadership development programs
- The role leads the endtoend L&D strategy, strengthens the leadership pipeline, and drives a modern, digital learning ecosystem that builds a futureready, highperforming workforce
