The Role

We're looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join our team and lead ESG consulting engagements. You'll work directly on sustainability assessments, reporting frameworks, and strategic roadmaps for clients across diverse industries.

Location: New Delhi/Noida | Experience: 13 years in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or corporate sustainability

Work Model: On-site with flexible arrangements based on project requirements

What You'll Do

• Prepare sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and compliance documentation from the ground upaligned with frameworks like GRI, TCFD, ISSB, and BRSR
• Conduct gap assessments, materiality analyses, and ESG maturity evaluations
• Develop ESG integration roadmaps and sustainability strategies for clients
• Analyze carbon, energy, water, waste, and social metrics for client reporting
• Create board-ready presentations and strategic documentation
• Support client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate closely with research teams, analysts, and senior consultants, reporting to Project Leads or Directors

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
• 13 years in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or corporate sustainability
• Strong grasp of ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to turn complex ESG data into clear insights
• Proficiency with AI tools/LLMs, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
