Job Description
TCS is hiring for Survey Programmer role.
Shift - Rotational 24/7
Location - Gujarat
Industry - Retail
Qualification :- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.
Job description-
- Strong, proven programming experience in Dimensions/Unicom , Decipher , or Confirmit/Forsta (minimum one platforms at expert level and working proficiency of any other).
- Hands-on with complex logic (nested conditions, quotas, randomization, monadic/rotations, least filled logics) and multilingual surveys .
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery for survey UI customization and validations.
- Comfort with SPSS , Excel , and CSV data outputs; basic understanding of data and variable & checking of data against the questionnaire.
- Experience with quality controls (along with digital fingerprinting, fraud checks, respondent de-duplication).
- Familiarity with API/webhook integrations and/or sample management workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
