Experience: 5 years with Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot (2.x/3.x), and microservices.
Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on with AWS or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Integration Technologies: Experience with Apache Camel, RabbitMQ/Kafka, JSON/XML.
Testing & CI/CD: Proficient with JUnit, automated tests, pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
Design & Architecture: Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, microservices best practices, design patterns, and scalable architectures.
Security & Quality: Knowledge of secure coding standards, code reviews, performance optimization.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal/written communication, analytical problem-solving, team orientation.
