Mandatory skills - Automation workflow production support, Workflow monitoring, Incident and ticket management, Break-fix troubleshooting, Root cause analysis, End-to-end validation, ITIL processes, Runbook documentation, Change support, Operational discipline, Stakeholder communication, Team collaboration
