Role: Support Executive
Preferred Location – Bhubaneshwar
Must Have skill – .
- Strong experience on below technology areas -
- Azure, Databricks.
- Azure Datalake
- Azure Data Factory
- Prior Support Experience & good communication
Associate should be ok to work in support project and in onshore/offshore model.
Good-to-Have :
- Knowledge on Service now
- Basic ITIL and SLA reporting
Incident management
Responsibilities :
Diagnosis and Resolution
Acknowledge receipt and start to investigate, diagnose, and analyze the application incident
