Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team at SciAstra Education Limited, located in Sector 63, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing sales support, and promoting our educational programs through chats and other communication channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective students through chat platforms / calling, addressing inquiries about SciAstra's educational programs.
2. Provide information about course content, registration processes, and other relevant details to potential students.
3. Actively participate in sales conversations, promoting SciAstra's offerings and assisting in the enrollment process.
4. Assist the sales team by handling customer queries, facilitating sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand and effectively communicate promotional offers and campaigns to potential students.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date.
7. Work closely with the customer support team to address post-sales inquiries and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
8. Provide feedback on customer preferences, concerns, and market trends to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
