Job Description
4-6 years of experience in support for Intune
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Familiarity with endpoint management concepts, including mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and other related technologies.
- Strong understanding of security principles, policies, and best practices, including threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security audits.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune, device enrollment, application deployments, and policy enforcement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with end-users, support teams, and other IT professionals.
- Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks and processes, such as PowerShell scripting
