Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production/Application Support Engineer with strong exposure to the banking domain. The role involves ensuring high availability, monitoring, and support of critical banking applications in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production and application support for banking applications
• Monitor application health and system performance using tools like Kibana/Grafana/Splunk.
• Analyze logs, alerts, and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive measures
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution
• Support release deployments and post-deployment validation
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and operational best practices

Required Skills:

• 35 years of experience in Production Support / Application Support
• Strong knowledge of the Banking domain.
• Must Have Strong experience with Kibana/Grafana/Splunk
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management
• Good understanding of application monitoring and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and coordination skills
