Job Description
Resposiblities: · Collect stats on the product performance, and coordinate with the internal product & development team for issues, features, enhancements, and resolutions. · Understand analysis of software application functionality, application monitoring, and suggesting improvements. · Provide necessary technical support for the team. · Manage monthly and ad-hoc product releases. · Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating severe concerns to the Senior Engineer and architects. · Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates. · Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics. · Should be providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments. · SLA Management · Owns change management process.
· Requirements: · A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar with 7+ years of experience. · Familiarity with logs reading, Java & Linux. · Strong knowledge of Postgres or RDBMS · Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance. · Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and clients. · Exceptional communication skills. · Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
