Open Role:

Support Automation Engineer :

• Strong exposure to DevOps, cloud technologies GCP/Azzure
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, including Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Expertise in Automation with strong scripting experience VBA, Python, Perl, etc
• Knowledge of ITIL and processes such as Incident, Problem and Event Management.
• Open to work in rotational shifts (Morning and Afternoon Shifts) and share the on-call rota for out of business hours to manage the critical applications.

Technical skills needed for the role:

• OS: Windows, Linux, Solaris
• Monitoring and alerting (Splunk, NetIQ, Tivoli, Dynatrace)
• Automation and scheduling (TWS, Jenkins, UrbanCode)
• Automation Scripting (VBA, Python, Perl, etc.)
• Data: Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres
• HDFS for storage
• Cloud Infrastructure GCP/Azzure.
• HTML5/ReactJS/Kafka/Zuul/Eureka based apps
