Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with end-users to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analysing the Cause for issue.
Tracks each issue to closure and monitors / collates the type of issues occurring frequently.
Works with the relevant team to resolve or automate frequent concerns
Key Skills required for this role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both (written and verbal communication).
Primary Skill - Strong SQL knowledge, MS Office.
Prior working experience in technical support or related functions.
Educational Qualification: Education background (Any Graduate BCA, B.com, MCA etc. except Engineering Graduates).
Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 1-2 Years
