Role: API Support & Backend Engineer (Onboarding & Support)

SKILLS Required:

End to End API support, Implementation, Rest API, Postman, Java or Python Support, XML, SQL

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in end-to-end API support and backend application support (Java/Python). The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with XML and SQL and will play a key role in Onboarding & Support , handling technical tasks, and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end API support and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Support backend applications in Java or Python .
• Work with XML and SQL for data exchange, queries, and reporting.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams for onboarding and technical support.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge bases.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
