Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Support Associate to assist with day-to-day support operations, handle client queries, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and closure of tickets.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as required
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling patient and business information.
- Monitor open cases and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholders within defined SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 24 years of experience in backend support / operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills is MUST.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Experience in CRM or ticketing tools.
