Supply Chain Specialist (Shipping documentation/ Incoterm)

We are looking for a knowledgeable Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and logistics, with hands-on experience in ERP systems and a deep understanding of shipping documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage logistics processes, including freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Utilize strong knowledge of Incoterms to ensure proper handling of shipments.
• Use ERP systems (specifically SAP MM/SD modules) to manage and track supply chain activities and data.
• Handle shipping documentation management, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, freight forwarding, and customs clearance processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP (MM/SD modules).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
