Job Summary:

He/ She will be responsible for driving optimized supply planning operations with enhance collaboration within multiple stakeholder environment. He/ She should have reactive supply planning experience with expertise in demand vs managing multiple factories supply planning, stock allocation, Logistics network planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-location supply plans that consider material requirement planning across multiple factories and warehouses
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers, factories, and stakeholders to ensure timely production ,delivery and minimize shipment lead times
• Develop and implement stock allocation intelligence and decision-making processes to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
• Collaborate with logistics teams to develop and implement logistics network plans that optimize transportation costs, lead times, and inventory levels.
• Drive speed and Supply planning improvements, and identify & implement cost reduction and waste removal initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new product launches are well-planned and executed, with adequate supply chain planning and execution.
• Apply commercial acumen to drive business growth, optimize costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Champion data-driven decision-making and translate data analysis into decision recommendations for the business

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, preferably in the consumer electronics for E-Com, MT and GT operations focused industries.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
• Experience with Supply Planning in multiple factory coordination, Production Planning exposure, stock allocation, logistics network planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
• Experience with procure-to-pay processes and payment operations.
• Well versed with ERP or Planning methodologies / tools
