What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services Fulfill in supply chain planning refers to the process of completing customer orders by ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered efficiently. It involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations. The goal is to ensure that orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled. Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
What are we looking for? OM team supports Operations Plants globally for sourcing the materials from Company’s Mfg., DC’s and Operational Plants. Team supports by creating / processing Purchase Requisition as per MRP signals, perform inventory netting, create Intercompany Orders (STO’s/ ISTO) and track those orders till delivery. Order Conversion Team is converting Purchase Requestions into Intercompany Orders (STO/ISTO) against Mfg. and Distribution Centre. Order Fulfilment Team is supporting to distribute Materials from Company’s Mfg. Plant’s to Region by creating Delivery Notes and Shipments. Distribution Centers Team supports to distribute Materials from Company’s Distribution Center to Region. Team supports by creating Delivery Notes, Creation and Packing of Shipments, Processing Urgent Orders, also coordinating with warehouse and logistics team for smooth movement of materials. For all the profiles we are looking for candidates with below criteria’s :- • The person should graduate at least • Should be ready to work from Mumbai location, based in Mumbai only, RTO should be fine, and ready to work in shifts (Shift details and role details as above/ most of the time shift is fixed for a month and if its rotation it changes after every month) • Good with communication skills and advanced excel skills • Should have supply chain knowledge. • Should have worked on SAP • Power BI and Macros will be added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Domain – supply Chain Shift Timing – 1. 5:30 am IST – 3:00 pm IST 2. 7:30 am IST – 5:00 pm IST 3. 1:00 pm IST – 10:30 pm IST 4. 5:30 pm IST – 3:00 am ISTAny Graduation
