Position: Supply Chain Mamnager

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of Medical and Food Grade gloves, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with glove manufacturers to align production schedules, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure quality control (QC) alignment across suppliers, including raw material standards, production processes, and final product compliance.
• Coordinate with internal quality, regulatory, and operations teams to meet industry certifications and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate and onboard manufacturers based on quality, capacity, and reliability benchmarks.
• Monitor supplier performance, address deviations, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, material innovations, and regulatory changes related to gloves manufacturing.

Mandatory Requirements

• Prior experience working with a reputable glove manufacturer (mandatory).
• Educational background in Chemicals Engineering, Materials Engineering.
• Experience handling medical-grade and food-grade compliance requirements.
