Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong hands-on background who can manage the entire supply chain lifecycle (A to Z) . This role is ideal for candidates from mid-size or small organizations who have owned end-to-end supply chain processes, rather than narrow functional roles typically seen in large enterprises.


Notice Period Requirement:

Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period only. Profiles beyond this timeline will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage materials to ensure timely availability of components in line with production requirements
  • Oversee delivery planning to meet customer schedules and business objectives
  • Lead logistics operations in alignment with automotive industry standards , ensuring efficiency, compliance, and full traceability
  • Ensure on-time delivery performance in accordance with quality and business goals
  • Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes with a hands-on, problem-solving approach


Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, production, or manufacturing management
  • Strong experience in automotive companies (mandatory)
  • Electronics background mandatory
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven end-to-end (A to Z) supply chain experience, especially in material planning and logistics
  • Background in mid-size or small companies preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on execution style
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
