Were Hiring: S&OP / DemandSupply Forecast Manager

We are looking for an experienced S&OP / DemandSupply Forecast Manager to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process and drive demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization for our brand. The role will ensure product availability across restaurants and distribution centers while minimizing wastage and maintaining service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the monthly S&OP cycle including demand review, supply review, and executive S&OP meetings

Develop short-term and long-term demand forecasts for menu items, ingredients, and packaging materials

Align demand forecasts with supplier capacity, manufacturing plans, and distribution capabilities

Ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce stockouts while minimizing perishable food wastage

Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, procurement, and logistics teams

Plan supply readiness for promotions, new menu launches, and campaigns

Build dashboards and analytics to track forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance

Identify potential supply risks and develop contingency plans

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering / BTech

MBA in Supply Chain / Operations preferred

58 years of experience in supply chain planning (QSR, FMCG, or food retail preferred)

Key Skills:

Demand forecasting & statistical modeling

S&OP process management

Inventory optimization

Advanced Excel / Power BI / Tableau

ERP systems (SAP, LS Retail etc.)

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
