Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure Precision Machined Parts, Rubber Parts, Fasteners etc.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to plan material requirements based on demand forecasts
• Track & monitor the progress and ensure the full kit is received from the suppliers in line with production plan.
• Ability to interpret Bill of Materials (BOM) and component specifications.
• Support developmental programs, NPI/NPD projects. Establish successful sourcing strategies.
• Prepare regular reports for management on supply chain bottlenecks.
• Add new suppliers to vendor base & asses existing supplier capabilities.
• Help in costing/estimation & order finalization of new parts/components.

Competencies Required:

• Engineering Drawing understanding
• Strong Knowledge of machining process, special process and fabrication.
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Good Negotiation skills
• Computer proficiency
• Expert communication skills

Qualification Required:

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/MBA

Experience Needed:

2+ Years of Experience in relevant field
