Supply Chain lead

Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.

Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to meet productivity and performance standards.

Monitor and report on KPIs related to warehouse efficiency, safety, and order fulfillment.

Collaborate with procurement, transportation, and production teams to align warehouse operations with supply chain requirements.

Implement best practices to optimize space, reduce waste, and enhance workflow within the warehouse.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.

Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to supply chain strategy development.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including third-party transportation partners.
