As a Supply Chain Executive, you will manage end-to-end supply chain operations by coordinating with vendors and internal teams, tracking purchase requisitions, orders, GRNs, and deliveries. Ensure timely fulfilment, resolve issues, prepare reports, and work closely with finance and operations to improve turnaround time and reporting accuracy.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operations by coordinating effectively with vendors, internal teams, finance, and operations to enable timely and accurate service delivery.
• Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders end-to-end, ensuring timely fulfilment while maintaining compliance with internal processes and standards.
• Oversee delivery schedules, proactively addressing delays, discrepancies, or issues to minimize operational gaps and improve turnaround time.
• Ensure accurate GRN entries and transaction closures, maintaining data integrity and system accuracy at all times.
• Prepare, analyze, and share daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports to support decision-making and operational transparency.
• Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset while working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Uphold organizational values by maintaining integrity, accountability, and a positive work culture while adhering to all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing operational bottlenecks, and strengthening overall reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma with relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or related functions.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP in an operations-driven or fast-paced environments.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• High attention to detail, strong reporting capability, and sound system/process knowledge.
• Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing operational priorities.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and accountable, with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
