Supply Chain Auditor

·         Conduct audits of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and logistics.

·         Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH/NABL standards, and government regulations.

·         Verify adherence to contractual terms and agreements with vendors.

·         Assess the efficiency of procurement procedures, purchase orders, and vendor selection.

·         Evaluate inventory control systems to prevent stock outs, overstocking, and wastage.

·         Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.

·         Identify financial and operational risks in supply chain operations.

·         Evaluate internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency.

·         Provide recommendations for strengthening internal controls.

·         Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.

·         Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

·         Present reports to senior management for decision-making.

·         Work closely with the supply chain, procurement, finance, and quality assurance teams.
