About the Team

Working for the Centre of Excellence, as a Supply Relations Team member, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and compliance function within the adm Indicia-wide business. These activities will involve a high degree of collaboration, process compliance and interaction with various functions of the adm Indicia business throughout different geographies.

Purpose of the role

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier onboarding across regions
• Liaise with Category Managers, Supplier Managers, and Production Managers in various regions
• Managing the documentations for onboarding and registrations of suppliers across all three regions
• Co-ordination with support and finance & ERP teams to complete the process of registration

Contract and compliances

• Manage supplier contract updates and renewals, addendums, NDAs
• Manage updates on the Partner Services agreements
• Provide administrative support to establish term sheets
• Archiving and managing all the commercial signed documents in a central repository

Manage Supplier Support desk for Indicia ERP system and tools

• Manage rate cards and uploads in ERP system
• Support trainings to supplier for various technology suites
• Manage additions, changes to users and supplier groups, Password resets
• Address queries from suppliers related to performing functions in sourcing hub

Indexation reports

• Prepare monthly/quarterly summary reports from various commodity exchanges

Compliance control & reports

• Ensure compliant supply chain by monitor supplier certificates and their renewals
• Prepare monthly/quarterly summary of accreditations across the supply chain

Surveys and feedback for supply chain

• Maintain status updates of suppliers with regards various global and local certifications

Skills, experience and knowledge

• At least 6 months 1 year experience in support functions
• Good level user of MS Excel
• Building of summary pivots, summary reports in MS Excel
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English level is required
• Any bachelors degree or equivalent.

Role Requirements

• EMEA Shift Work: Mon-Fri, 12.00pm to 9.00pm IST.
• The hybrid work model applies to this role, which requires to come to the office in Malad West, Mumbai once per week (fixed schedule). You will be expected to perform in a flexible environment but ensuring performance and delivery.
