Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Interior & Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with teams to complete projects on time. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in interior and civil work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site interior and civil works, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and site plans to ensure accurate execution as per design and quality standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain progress reports.
• Ensure materials are received on time and verify quality before use.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed at all times.
• Communicate project updates, delays, and requirements to the project manager/management.
• Monitor timelines and ensure work is completed within schedule and budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years of experience as an Interior Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, civil works, site coordination, and material understanding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and civil/interior plans.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp reporting, photo documentation).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or modular interior projects.
