Role Overview:

Responsible for supervising flexo printing operators, ensuring consistent quality, machine efficiency, and smooth coordination with production and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of flexo printer operators across shifts.
• Plan daily printing schedules and allocate jobs efficiently.
• Ensure correct 2/4 colour printing setup and shade consistency.
• Approve colour matching and monitor usage of food-grade inks.
• Ensure proper upkeep of polymer plates and anilox rollers.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown handling.
• Monitor ink and consumable inventory and raise timely requisitions.
• Track print quality, minimize rejections, and reduce downtime.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and hygiene standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly production and machine performance reports.

Ideal Profile:

• Combination of hands-on flexo knowledge and people management.
• Experience in paper cup/container printing preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with QA, maintenance, and production teams
