McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Financial Systems Kyriba. This role supports the execution of the business solutions strategy and roadmap for Kyriba, McDonalds global treasury platform. The Supervisor will work closely with Treasury Finance stakeholders to gather requirements, assess feasibility of system changes, and support deployment and configuration efforts. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Systems Kyriba & Non-ERP Platforms and plays a key role in ensuring Kyriba meets operational needs and aligns with enterprise finance strategies.

The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business solutions strategy and roadmap for Kyriba, ensuring alignment with treasury and finance objectives.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Assess the feasibility and value of proposed changes to Kyriba and related treasury systems.
  • Support deployment of system enhancements, including implementation, execution, and adoption across the business.
  • Own and execute user acceptance testing and configuration activities for Kyriba.
  • Gather and document technical requirements for system changes and integrations.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Kyriba operations, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless system performance and issue resolution.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Kyriba) preferred
  • Minimum of 24 years of experience in finance systems or treasury operations
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
  • Working knowledge of Kyriba and treasury-related processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality in financial technology systems
  • Experience supporting system configuration, testing, and deployment
