Experience Management : Supervising Associate

As an Experience Management Supervising Associate, you will join a high-performing workforce management team, driving optimization, innovation, and best-in-class services. Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you will manage staffing operations for an assigned service line/region and support the end-to-end demand management process. Your responsibilities include:
- Resource Management: Oversee demand pipeline, capacity planning, demand–supply matching, recruitment coordination, headcount and bench management, and reporting/MIS.
- Demand Fulfilment: Track and analyze pipeline projections, evaluate fulfilment options, assign projects to suitable talent, and align resources with business priorities.
- Process Excellence: Ensure compliance with EM protocols, drive operational efficiency, implement resource optimization techniques, and support process improvement/automation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with service delivery leaders, establish governance forums, and facilitate business reviews.
- Team Support: Guide junior WFM professionals, support performance reviews, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Cross-Collaboration: Promote cross-service line resourcing and knowledge sharing across EM teams.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong expertise in resource management, demand planning, and MIS.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with excellent execution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with numbers, analyze staffing trends, and negotiate solutions.
To Qualify, You Must Have
- Graduate degree with 6–8 years of workforce management experience.
- Prior experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members.
- Understanding of business models, financials, and operational aspects of service delivery.
- Strong time management, reporting, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in change management, project management, forecasting, and workforce planning.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Spotfire.
