We are seeking a passionate and strategic Product incumbent to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle of our NETC FASTag offering. You will be responsible for owning the vision, roadmap, implementation, and scaling of FASTag solutionsaligning closely with NPCI, IHMCL NHAI, banks, issuers/acquirers, and regulatory stakeholders.

Job responsibilities-

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and drive the product roadmap for NETC FASTag in alignment with business goals.

Identify market trends, regulatory updates, and technology changes in the tolling and mobility ecosystem. Product Development & Delivery

Work closely with Build, RUN and operations teams to build scalable, reliable FASTag products.

Prioritize product features, enhancements, and integrations based on data-driven insights. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with NPCI, IHMCL, NHAI, banks, technology providers, Regulators, etc.

Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on FASTag-related initiatives. Compliance & Operations

Ensure end-to-end compliance with NPCI NETC standards, RBI guidelines, and IHMCL / NHAI / MoRTH mandates.

Optimize operations including tag issuance, reconciliation, dispute management, and customer experience. Performance Tracking

Own KPIs such as active users, tag issuance, transaction volumes, and revenue.

Analyze user behavior and tolling patterns to suggest enhancements and optimizations.

Key skills and experience required

Product management experience with preferably in FASTag, transit, mobility, payments or cards or fintech domains.

2. Good to have - NETC FASTag ecosystem knowlege, including issuer/acquirer models and NPCI architecture.

3. Familiarity with UPI, transit cards, RFID systems, and tolling infrastructure is a plus.

4. Excellent product lifecycle management and roadmap planning skills.

5. Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building capability.

6. Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc. 7. Familiarity with APIs, digital onboarding flows, KYC, and integration testing.

8. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
