Job Description
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Time Management/Time Tracking.
- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of SuccessFactors Time modules.
- Strong understanding of time management processes, compliance requirements, and integration with payroll systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, in verbal and written form; German is an asset.
- Understanding of JIRA workflows and processes
