Job Role : SuccessFactors Talent Lead
Experience : 12 to 15 Years
Location : Pan India
Must Have:
1.Rich experience working as SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect capable to drive consulting/advisory offerings across global customers
2.Min 2 Certification in SAP SF (Employee Central is mandatory )
3.Strong cross functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system with special focus on Employee Central integrated with SAP BIB, Recruiting, Onboarding, Reporting with People Analytics and/or Payroll
4.Highly customer focused, forward thinking, ability to anticipate and focus on “what’s next” in the customer journey
5.Apply Innovation - Creation / Enhancements of Assets, Tools & Accelerators to drive customer-centric innovation.
6.Must be able to work within a matrix organization – balancing the needs of the service line against firm initiatives and goals
Good to have:
1.Drive Customer workshops and gather requirements across the Recruit to Hire Process with SAP SuccessFactors
2.Assist & guide customers with change management, focusing on product updates, develop appropriate strategy to minimize impact on current capabilities and assists in maximizing innovation adoption and usage.
3.Conduct Project Audits and Provide service improvement suggestions
4.Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the customer within the agreed SLA
5.Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance whenneeded
6.Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix, performance, availability, and system uptimes
7.Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status Updates.
8.Experience of handling Half Yearly release management activities
9.Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.) and adhere to customer’s quality policy and procedures.
10.Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly Status Meetings
