Job Title SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 20 employee central Implementation Consultant

Job Summary SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 20 employee central Implementation Consultant is responsible for configuring implementing and supporting the employee central Recruiting Management and Succession Development modules within the SAP SuccessFactors suite This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders HR teams and IT professionals to understand the organizations talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planning requirements configure the system accordingly and ensure successful deployment and adoption of these modules

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

o Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to gather and analyze requirements for Employee Central Onboarding 20 and succession planning processes

o Understand the organizations existing talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planning strategies and processes

o Identify gaps between current processes and SuccessFactors capabilities and propose solutions

System Configuration and Implementation

o Configure the Employee Central module including Employee Central processes task assignments and integrations with other systems eg Employee Central Learning

o Set up and configure the Recruiting Management module including job requisitions candidate management interview scheduling and offer management

o Configure the Succession Development module including succession planning talent pools career paths and development plans

o Develop and maintain configuration documentation test scripts and user guides

Data Migration and Integration

o Design and execute data migration strategies for job requisitions candidate data and succession planning data

o Ensure data integrity security and compliance with data privacy regulations

o Implement integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems eg applicant tracking systems background check providers learning management systems

Testing and User Acceptance

o Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Employee Central Recruiting Management and Succession Development modules

o Coordinate user acceptance testing UAT and gather feedback from stakeholders

o Resolve issues and defects identified during testing

Training and Support

o Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for endusers HR administrators and support teams

o Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and issue resolution for the implemented modules

o Collaborate with the support team to address incidents and service requests

Continuous Improvement and Optimization

o Monitor system performance identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations

o Stay up to date with SuccessFactors product updates and new features related to talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planning

o Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Human Resources or a related field

Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Recruiting Management and Succession Development modules

Strong understanding of talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planning processes and best practices

Proficient in system configuration data migration and integration techniques

Experience with testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processes

Excellent problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Recruiting Management and Succession Development modules SAP Certified consultant Application Associate is preferred

Experience Level

7 years of experience in SF Employee Central Onboarding 20 and or Succession planning implementation

I should have done at least 3 implementations
