Job Role : SuccessFactors Payroll Lead

Experience : 15 to 18 Years

Location : Pan India


Must Have:
1.Ability to gather requirements, maintain workbooks, configure, test and troubleshoot all activities in Employee Central Payroll
2.Knowledge in Point-to-Point replication, Payroll Control Centre
3.1-2 implementations/support in ECP with experience in Australia/US/Canada/ MEA
4.Payroll or 3-4 implementations/support in SAP ECC Payroll
5.Ability to configure PCRs, Payroll Schemas
6.Knowledge in  Personnel Management, Personnel Administration, Time Recording
7.Should have understanding of legal and statutory requirement of Australia/US/Canada/ MEA
8.Knowledge in bargaining agreement.
9.Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Good to have

1.Knowledge in HR Forms/Remuneration Statement
2.Configuration knowledge of Employee Central in few areas like Pay Components, Allowances, RBP, Payroll System Configuration etc
3.Single Touch Payroll, Payroll Summary Report, Group Certificates
4.Functional understanding of SuccessFactors standard integrations, APIs
