Job Description

Job Role : SAP SuccessFactors onboarding

Experience : 10 to 14 Years

Location : Pan India

Must Have:

1.8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting & delivery role

2.3+ full life cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations including Onboarding 1.0 to ONB 2.0 migrations and support.

3.Active Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Modules, with certification in Employee Central (EC) a being required.

4.Strong cross functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system with special focus on Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, People Analytics for Onboarding reports.

5.Good knowledge on troubleshooting Onboarding 2.0 issues including build for custom solutions and propose workarounds for customers to address product challenges.

Good to have

1.Understand and evaluate business requirements

2.Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.

3.Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the

customer within the agreed SLA

4.Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when

needed

5.Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,

performance, availability, and system uptimes

6.Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status

updates

7.Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)

and adhere to customer’s quality policy and procedures.

8.Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly

9.Provide service improvement suggestions
